Spring
Wine Tasting Menu
Shrimp and calamari poached in a gentle wine broth, and dressed
with dill citronette, or pan-fried soft shell crab with warm
rhubarb sauce….Bring out the flavors of a delicate local
chardonnay.
Informal
Spring Party Menu
Farm raised turkey, spit roasted and served with green olive
sauce, freshly picked asparagus with orange sherry vinaigrette,
roasted beets on a bed of mesclun….Spread a cloth on
the lawn and welcome spring.
Summer
Wedding Menu
Lobster rolls, fried zucchini blossoms, duck breast with
sour cherry sauce, corn pudding…Celebrate your marriage with
an elegant country feast you’ll always remember.
Harvest
Celebration Menu
Curry pumpkin soup, potato leek fritters with coriander dipping
sauce, apple walnut cake…Celebrate the harvest in the
field where the ingredients were grown.
Fall
Wine Tasting Menu
Braised meatloaf with porcini, romaine lettuce with ripe gorgonzola,
pears poached in cabernet franc…Nothing harmonizes with
our local reds like the flavors of late fall.
